Where is my information stored?
Home Pro Playbook stores your records locally on your iPhone. Clever Little Labs cannot view or recover that information remotely.
How do I protect my records?
Use the app’s backup feature regularly and save the exported backup somewhere you control. Keep your iPhone backed up through your preferred Apple backup method as well.
Why didn’t I receive a reminder?
Open iOS Settings, find Home Pro Playbook and confirm notifications are allowed. Also verify that the reminder’s notification switch is enabled in the app.
How do I delete my app data?
Individual records can be removed inside the app. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes its locally stored data unless that data remains in a separate backup you created.
